Cellar Head Brewing Company is a multi-award-winning independent microbrewery founded by Chris and Julia McKenzie in 2017. We use traditional yet modern brewing methods to produce a varied range of modern beers focused on drinkability and quality using only the finest of English grown malts and hops as well as selected high quality hops from around the world and our own strain of historic Sussex live yeast.
Tap room open Thursday 12 till 6.30, Friday & Saturday 12 till 8pm. Brewery tours on the first Saturday of every month – booking via website. Brewery shop open Monday to Friday 08.30 till 5pm.
